Arrangements for booking the clubhouse are to be made with the club treasurer or club The club reserves the right to cancel any booking if needed for club use.

The clubhouse will be hired at a rate of £60.00p per hour or any part thereof payable in advance.

The user is responsible for any loss or damage occasioned by their use of the clubhouse or changing rooms and any loss or damage must be made good by the user.

The clubhouse must be vacated by 23.30 hrs or earlier if the club requires its use.

All users are required to sign in. Please click her for a printable sign in sheet. (Can be completed in advance.)

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the club premises.

The use of the bar is not allowed by non- members however the club can provide a bar person at the cost of £50.00 for the duration of hire. Last orders at the bar will be taken at 22:30

No extra furniture or equipment may be brought into the clubhouse without prior permission.

Government regulations require portable mains-operated electrical equipment to be tested, and the hirer must be able to provide an appropriate Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certificate if requested.

To comply with fire safety regulations all external doors must be kept unlocked, unobstructed and immediately openable when the clubhouse is in use. The doors must be securely locked and shutters down when vacating the premises.

After use the clubhouse must be left clean and tidy. The floors, including the kitchen area and the lobby, must be thoroughly swept. Cleaning items can be found in the kitchen and ladies’ toilet.

Any accidents, damage or breakages must be reported to the club secretary and the accident book filled in as soon as the session has ended.

The clubhouse contains chairs and folding tables, which may be used also a selection of plates, mugs/cups and cutlery that are available for use. They are to be cleaned and returned to their storage location after use.

All rubbish is to be placed in a black plastic bags and removed by the user.
